ZgokDaddy diving deeper (for shellfish)

HELLO. I am ZGOK DADDY! I love Zgoks, and Im a daddy.

First of all, thanks to DC23 for inviting me as a contributor to this blog!
To my fellow contributors, wazzup?! Glad to be in such great company :)

To the readers of this blog, welcome! I know that I'm a relative newcomer to the hobby (I've only taken this hobby seriously last year 2012) and I have yet to prove my worth in terms of doing kickass mods, participating in hobby events and contests, heck I haven't even gotten around to reading most tutorials on the craft, but that is what drives me to write!

I shall step inside my Zgok Mobile Suit of Newbness and dive into the depths of the hobby! (the pressure of these depths are too damn high! but with le Zgok suit, I hope I can manage :D)

Thanks so much everyone! more power to all of us!

PG 1/60 Wing Gundam Zero T.V. Version WIP

I've collected Gundam kits since 1996, and almost completed the whole Gundam Wing model kit lineup. I've been an avid fan of XXXG-00W0 or Wing Zero and for my childhood dreams, I want to convert the 1/60 wing gundam zero with the frame of PG Wing Gundam zero EW.
By size comparison , there should be less problems fitting them to the PG frame.

Leg comparison, there should be no problem fitting them to the frame.

Finished attaching the leg parts to the frame.

Ma.K, relax hand painting project

Coming out of retirement, I feel I need to do a quick relax build to get me settled.

I feel like doing so many kits at the same time as I have so many unpainted kits lying around and I really missed this hobby.

However I cannot do Gunpla as I need to get an airbrush first. So I thought of working with my only Ma.K kit ( gift from Toymaker ) as I could hand paint this after minor mods and priming.

I will be starting to work on a huge master grade kit after this, which would leave me with no painted kits for a while. So I might as well finish something small before a couple of huge projects.

Anyways here are some photos of this cool little kit in progress...

SD Guyver by mvm3897

My 1st SD kit ever was this SD Guyver kit.  I don't even know where the Guyver character comes from but he looks so cool.  This was a super quick build only taking 3 days from start to finish.  This kit is a re-casted NeoGrade kit from Super-G.  The casting was perfect only taking 20 minutes to clean and dry fit.  Super-G added the led and the metal spheres all over the kit.  I am know obsessed with SD kits and have a few more on the way.

SD Nightingale by mvm3897

This is my latest work.  Took about 5 days from start to finish.  Yes it is a non-Bandai kit.  Bandai did release a resin SD Nighengale a long time ago and was $250.00.  This kit looks to be taken from the same mold as the B-Club kit.  Though not cheap it is a very good kit and the metal parts finish it off nicely.
